ROLLED BREAD TOAST

Ingredients

A
2 sliceswhite/whole meal bread
½ tspstrawberry jam
1egg, lightly beaten
30 gmmilk that is suitable for your child
1 tspcooking oil
mixed together

Cooking Method

  1. Remove crust from bread; spread strawberry jam on bread.
  2. Roll tightly bread and chill for 10 minutes.
  3. Then dip rolled bread, one at the time in beaten egg mixture.
  4. Cook in lightly grease pan until browned all sides and serve.
